Renting a dress from The Glass Slipper is easy

Visit our store Monday to Thursday from 1PM to 7PM, Fridays 1PM to 6PM and Saturdays 11AM to 5PM to explore our huge selection of dresses.  If possible, please schedule a 1-hour appointment in advance. Our consultants help you find the perfect dress and will let you know if the dress you have selected is available on the dates you need it.​

After paying, your dream dress is reserved and arrangements will be made for it to be picked up or delivered! The waiting is the hardest part, we promise. We work with brides throughout the world, so our dresses travel with you!

Your dress will be professionally cleaned, steamed and pressed, so it is ready for you. If it doesn't fit perfectly, you will be able to to alter it with us, if you are local, or you can take it to your own seamstress.

Easy returns

After the big day, returning your gown is hassle-free.  Dry cleaning isn’t necessary, so you can skip that part. And when you’re packing everything back in the garment bag, be sure to include all the original accessories such as slips, belts and veils. If you are local, simply return the dress the first business day after your event. If you are remote, mail it back to us.

If you simply can't part with the dress, you can always buy it.

 

Buying a dress is always an option. This way, if you reconsider and want to hold on to your dress as a keepsake, paying for it means you won’t need to return the dress. Just contact us and we will happily take care of that.
